Australians appear to be moving on as if that horror budget has already come into effect, it has not. What is happening is that Australians are being blind sided by other things, such as Abbotts world tour. This tour has been a horror tour for Australia too, because like Howard, Abbott is giving more of Australia to the yanks.
The more Australians move on and just accept that the budget has already made it through the senate, and is already in action, the more likely it is that it will, because once again people are becoming complacent to the affect of those atrocities within their own lives.
Stand strong, don’t become complacent, become interactive about your own life(style)s because only you can ensure that your children are able to get work, or at the very least receive government assistance if they cannot, not just 6-months of a year, for 12-months if that is what is required, because this policy ensures that struggling families, who struggle to feed, warm and survive themselves, will also have to continue not just financial support their children, but food, clothing, utilities such as power, water, phone, Internet…
This budget also wants our 16-25 or 30-year old children to leave us and move to higher employment areas where it is quite likely that they know no-one, and with the proposed changes to centrelink, if they cannot get work, will have no money either to survive. So our children are nowhere near us, or other family and friends, we cannot help them but Tony Abbott thinks that our children must suffer, that families must suffer, due to a contrived budget emergency, when it has been proven over and over again that there is no budget emergency.
If Australia was in the middle of a budget emergency, Australia would not have a AAA, global, credit rating thanks to Labors good economic practices. But note, Abbotts children are being taken care of, a $60,000 scholarship for an already wealthy family, is not an easy feat and something that should have been open to competition, but it is something that looks good on a resume.
Australians must suffer, not the Poms, that is the story of the Abbott budget. If you have heard the song ‘Thats in England, then you might want to take a look at the Liberal front-bench line up ’cause England’s everywhere!’
As Australians, we need to re-affirm ‘NOT IN MY NAME’, our children’s futures, Australians futures, should come before Abbotts international extreme right leanings. Australia is open for business alright, Abbotts been flitting around the world selling it off.
Each time another Australian forgets just that little bit more, is another seat re-claimed by a completely atrocious Neo-Liberal conservative government.
Abbott said to Australians just before he left to sell Australia on the world stage: ‘Budgets get through, thats just how it is,’ NO its not, its been done before, block supply and we can change the government.
PUP should not pass Abbotts paid parental leave, the Abbott budget should be blocked by all minor, micro and major parties. Lets go back to the polls, lets vote this government out before the proposed actions of their horror budget become a Friday the 13th horror story with no end in sight. With the utterances of the fatal words; ‘i’ll be right back’, becoming a daily threat to our liberties; They’ll be right back!
Don’t become complacent about yours and your childrens futures, the budget has not passed, it is not a done deal,
NOT IN MY NAME – DON’T GET DRAWN INTO THE MIRAGE, INTO THE INVISIBLE VEIL DRAPED IN-FRONT OF YOUR EYES – WATCH, LISTEN AND BE INTERACTIVE IN YOURS AND YOUR CHILDREN’S FUTURES – BE HEARD, MAKE YOUR VOICE KNOWN, THIS IS YOUR AUSTRALIA TOO.
Just because someone scraped through an election process to become a ‘prime minister’ does not mean that they can destroy our Australia on some type of power trip.
